Welcome to Season 14 of the Done Girls seasonal challenges! Falling for Fitness started October 20 (first weigh-in and measurements) through February 16.
These seasonal challenges were designed so that each week all participants are given a weekly challenge. During the week each gal participates and tries to get full points for herself. Once a week she weighs-in and puts down what points she got in the challenge. Then team leaders input the information into the spreadsheet a for tabulation of the teams with the biggest weight loss and most challenge points.
Challenges for points will run Sundays through Saturdays....so you will post your points and weights on Saturdays. Please post your beginning measurements and weights on March 4(initial weigh in) so that the first week does count towards weight-loss.
Falling for Fitness is going to be so much fun!!! We are glad that you have decided to partake in this challenge. The teams that you are in will grow into a family over the course of the next few months. Remember, they are there to support and encourage you! While the main focus is on creating a support group to help you along with your journey, please remember to be an ACTIVE participant. Your weight loss and points total each week will contribute to your team. Some people are here because they find competition to be extremely motivating. If you aren't willing to put in 100% to your team, then maybe this isn't the right challenge for you. In the past we have had a lot of girls drop out, often leaving some teams with only a couple of active girls; this can be very discouraging for people because it means that they will never win and they don't have anyone to talk to. You will only get as much from this challenge as you put into it.
With that said here's some information for you!
There are 4 teams that will be competing this season. I am trying to make them as equal in members as possible, but I will not be able to get it exact. These teams are in place to help you through this journey so please use them. The chat threads have been set up so that your team has its own place to go and chat. It is a safe zone where you can talk as much as you want!
WEIGH-INS, MEASUREMENTS, & CHALLENGE POINTS
If you cannot weigh in every week and participate in the challenge PLEASE let your leaders know.
Measurements are not mandatory, but are useful for your reference to see how successful you are over the course of the challenge.
Challenges are a critical part of this group. Please participate as much as you can in challenges and post your points in the tracking thread.
TEAM TRACKING THREADS
It is VERY important to ONLY use the tracking template that your leader provides for you. Please make sure your challenge points and weights are posted in the team tracking thread on Saturday so that the leaders can get the spreadsheets together. It is VERY important to use the templates provided by NEWCASTLE7B for the challenges. Please only use those templates to post in the team tracking thread so that the leaders can easily locate all the information. Also, be sure to total up all your points at the end of the week so that the leaders do not have to do this for each individual.
SATURDAY. Challenges run Sunday through Saturday (meaning points for new weeks start counting on Sundays). The challenge runs October 20 through February 16.

We don't want to scare anyone off. This is a HUGE challenge and we are going to make it as simple as possible for challenges and being aware what is necessary as well as making it easy for the leaders.
We are going to have so much fun and lose so much weight! Get ready for a great season ladies!
