Yesss I'm definitely in! 10lbs and anything up to 10in would be great as a bonus since I've started ST last week 3x a week! Get this New Years gain of 3lb off as well! And hoping to do enough lunges to get my legs ready for snowboarding season too! (To not be so tired after 10 min on the slopes!)

Getting back in the groove with my cardio. Getting a puppy that I felt guilty if I wasn't walking wasn't great for my gym routine. Did help me mix it up a little.

I am going the push up challenge and have commited to ST 3 times a week too.

2013 is so going to be our year.

Since I'm at goal weight-wise and not sure about losing 10 inches (may lose muscle instead of fat!), am already training for a half-marathon in March and doing all sorts of other activities, I'd love to be a cheerleader and emoticon it up for yas! emoticon

I weighed in (204.3) and did measurements on 12/31.

I'm not touching the scale or tape until 1/31.

For me this is concentrating about what I need to do to lose, rather than in the loss itself. So I'm excited to see what happens when I finally get back on the scale after making some drastic changes to my lifestyle.

Win for the day?! I brought my lunch! This is epic proportions of excitement ;).

I'm in! After falling off the wagon big time on December 12, I managed to gain 5 pounds between then and today. Poor eating and no exercising. Sooooo, I've decided to do the 30 Day Shred again starting tomorrow. When I did that in Sept, I lost 10 inches. I don't know if I can achieve that again but am hoping to since falling off the wagon did a number on me. Measurements will be taken in the morning and I'll go from there. Of course I want to lose 10 pounds too, but I'll take either/or.

Ok DONE Girls... 'tis the season for resolutions to be made and much butt to be kicked. And well, I dont have "resolutions" per se, but I did gain 10 pounds between when I left for my cruise at the beginning of October and today, so.. I want to work that off ASAP. So, I'm challenging myself and anyone else that will join me to lose 10 pounds (or 10 inches.. your choice!) in January.

Who's with me??? I've got my game face on. RAWRRRRRRRRRR!!! emoticon
