January 10 lbs or 10 in goal RESULTS -
SW 1-2-13 - 175
GW 1-31-12 - 165 - REACHED 163.8lbs on 2/1!!

So glad for that extra week in January :)
On to the Feb. 8lbs in 28 days challenge! Good luck everyone!!

Can't say that I am happy! I was doing well (6 down), but then I got sick and I was not allowed to work out for 2 weeks due to shortness of breath and a sinus infection. Gained 3 of those back!
But, I just got the stamp of approval from the doc to get back at my exercise, so I will be hitting it hard! I have joined a challenge to lose 5 pounds in February, so I am hoping that will motivate me to get back on track!

well on Jan 31st I still weight 184.75 so I lost 8.75lbs overall! Only 1.25 lbs shy of the target. I am really pleased with that result though! Can't wait for the next challenge!

Well. I lost 3lbs this month rather than 10, but I knew 10 was never going to happen so no worries.
Sadly, I didn't make my inches goal either. Did a little better than I thought because I'm a dingbat and only counted my left arm and thigh in my original count.
ACTUAL start - 197.6
31/01/13 - 192.1

I made it over halfway at least. Can I do it in centimetres? I lost 14 centimetres!

Still happy though, any progress is progress emoticon

I can't remember where I was at the start of the month weight-wise (must look that up) but I know I've lost at least 2lbs. Not an astounding number but bigger than 0.

I gained 1/2 lb this week. I'm still down 6.5 lbs for the month. Can I lose 3.5 lbs in 6 days? Probably not. But i can lose 1-2 lbs and be very close to my goal. And I'll take any healthy progress I can get!

Looks like everyone is absolutely killing it! Keep at it!

I am confident that I've got this in the bag, but I don't know my progress since I challenged myself to only weigh myself once a freaking MONTH for the next 3 months. I weighed last on Dec 31st but I can say that my size 16s from high school are actually starting to FIT! Hopefully that'll correlate into a 10+ weight loss by the end of it.

Morning girls! I just did my weigh in this morning and I'm down 5.4 lbs this month!!! I'm thrilled about it after being stuck at the same weight for so long...things are finally moving. I haven't rechecked my measurements yet but today when I got to work I put on the smallest work pants I have just to see how close I could get to buttoning them and they fit! Not even the "if I hold my breath and stand perfectly straight" fit but actually fit. I'm wearing them right now! I haven't been in these pants in over 10 years since before any of my kids were born. I kept them just as motivation to one day fit back in them and now I do!!! It's a good day for me!

Shawn, 5.4 is a good number!

Olivia, sorry to hear you sound kinda bummed. Chalk it up to TOM and try it again in a couple of days.

Connie, Amazing job!!!

Lady, great job staying motivated! 5-6 days of cardio is awesome!

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. The last couple of weeks have been hectic, but I have stuck with the program for the most part. I have not made cardio 7 days a week, only 5 or 6, but still that is pretty good all things considered! My eating has not suffered nor has my outlook. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!!!!

I don't feel like I'm doing well at all. Absolutely no weight loss to report and I feel puffy.
Hopefully it's just TOM. I'm going to hold off measuring until it's been and gone at least.
