2 lbs on average is healthy for long term. Of course some weeks you may release more intially esp week 1. Just please don't berate yourself if its less!

I have always heard that 2 pounds a week or less is realistic, but I think it also depends on how much you weigh. Good luck on your journey! emoticon

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for your lovely messages so far!
I've restarted my goals and ready to go. I'm so DONE.

I want to set a mini-goal for a trip to September and want to set something up realistically. I'm trying not to look at the "big" picture, and wanted to get your help. What is a realistic amount between today and September 3rd?
