2 lbs on average is healthy for long term. Of course some weeks you may release more intially esp week 1. Just please don't berate yourself if its less!

I have always heard that 2 pounds a week or less is realistic, but I think it also depends on how much you weigh. Good luck on your journey!

I've restarted my goals and ready to go. I'm so DONE.
I want to set a mini-goal for a trip to September and want to set something up realistically. I'm trying not to look at the "big" picture, and wanted to get your help. What is a realistic amount between today and September 3rd?
