It's a 3 month challenge that will be split into 4 individual weigh ins with mini challenges every week. LOL No squats. The challenges I do are different and can be changed for the challengers and are NOT rigorous so much like many other challenges. They are more about companionship, cheer leading, support, and such.

I kind of want to kick it up a notch in my routines. Lately, I have found myself wanting more exercise. Especially when I get off work. I know I work out before work and it helps me wake up and stay focused at work but what about all that stress after work? I would love to just make dinner then exercise or something again! Let me know if you guys have any ideas!
