Ok, so on Facebook, I am a "fan" of this page called "I See Fit People".. and they are posing a challenge starting Monday (June 25th) to go until the following Monday (July 2nd) to do 1,000 squats in that time! Heck yeah!
Ok, so that's roughly 142 Squats PER DAY, but.. you can break it up and do 20 here or there, or do 250 squats for 4 days that week or whatever you want. Their page challenge event page shows different squats you can do, you can see that here if you'd like: www.facebook.com/events/373406312714927/

ANYWAY, so I thought it was freakin' AWESOME, so I joined it and now I want as many of you that are brave/awesome enough to give it a shot to try! We are DONE Girls, which means we are capable of anything!! In order to get something we've never had, we have to do something we've never DONE.. so.. let's DO THIS!!! Who's with me!?!?! Nothing like changing our routine, spicing it up, and getting crazy to shake up our bodies and keep the scale (down) and our spirits (up) moving in the right direction!
