I've already had to change up my plan - was GOING to head straight to the gym yesterday after work, and my car wouldn't start! *sighs* So the whole morning was taken up by dealing with that. :(

Monday: Rest day
Tuesday: 5K (45 min) on the treadmill + ST
Wednesday: 30 min Elliptical, plus walk/job the 1 mile to and from the gym
Thursday: 5K (45 min) on the treadmill + ST
Friday: 30 min Elliptical, plus walk/job the 1 mile to and from the gym
Saturday: 5K (45 min) on the treadmill + ST
Sunday: 10 minutes of Wall push ups and Wall squats at work

This will be my first week exercising every single day. I am running so I get sore knees sometimes. This is the reason for walking in between.

10/31 - 20 min walk w/ the kids (trick or treating)
11/1- Running 35 min
11/2- Walking 15 min
11/3- Zumba 50 min
11/4- Walking 15 min
11/5- Running 40 min
11/6- ST w/trainer 50 min
