This is a BIG break thru because the 2 previous summers I gained 15 lbs and 20 lbs respectively.
Also my tracker reflects my current amount of weight to be done with to be at my optimal weight goal!!! So I am shrinking my tracker as I lose....focused on where I am not the 125lbs I have lost....to move forward I have focus on my future blaze new paths and keep my interested in motivation high!
