This thread is a GREAT idea...especially for someone like me, who has a hard time sticking with workouts.
Oh wow...everyone has been doing some great workouts! I'm not QUITE fit enough to tackle some of the ones mentioned but I am working hard on getting there and hope to even start running before the end of this year (I have knee issues and am working on strengthening the musculature around my knee first).
Today, I did 30 minutes of cardio and a 20 minute strength training circuit!
