LOL, if this isn't the brightest idea! My Dr. used to tell me to put my meds. with my toothbrush and it just didn't happen. But how could I miss if it's literally on the toothbrush -yay for bright ideas! LOVE it!

I used to have this problem until I found my solution. I rubberband my meds to my toothbrush. I take my vitamins in the morning and at night because thats when I brush my teeth. I think this is really just a matter of putting them where you will see them everyday. What is your routine? Where could you put your pills that you will see and say hey coffee and pills, or breakfast and pills or anything else that might be in your routine. Good luck with this challenge everyone. I just wanted to share what I have personally learned.

I so need to do this challenge my thing is the taste maybe it is cause i take them in the morning but gag me so maybe a luchtime try for me when i eat and bolus i can pop the vitamin and give it a wiral lets give it a try

Day/Vitamin #7. Okay so today is actually 8 days after I started the challenge, but I really did take my 7 in a row. I just didn't get on here to log it. Not only did I make my 7 days, but today will make it 8 AND I do think I've created a habit. Just hope it hangs on for good now. Congrats to anyone who took the challenge and succeeded, as well as those who just did better than usual.
Day/Vitamin #5. Now this has been easy. Not really sure if it is placement of the vitamins or wanting to "write down" that I remember to take it. Either way it has been a good thing. Now the real test....the weekend! Will I remember on Sat and Sun? I don't usually get on my pc nearly as much on the weekend. Will that foil my streak?? I think not! I may not post my success (and I may), but I really believe I will have success anyway.
I know I need to take my daily vitamin. I have a bottle of daily vitamins. I feel better when I take my daily vitamin. So WHY do I forget to take my daily vitamin, almost daily??? I challenge all you vitamin forgeters to remember (and yes actually take it) this week! I'm sure if we do an entire week we will create a habit that will benefit us. I'm going to place mine on the table where I usually eat so I see it every time I sit there. I'm sure there will be times it gets in my way, but that bottle is going to sit there anyway.
