That's a good one, Carey! Since I teach, the few weeks before school (which starts tomorrow) are the hardest. I haven't done a great job with those weeks. I'll focus on getting back on track this week.

So as school is starting back and we are all dealing with new schedules and getting everything in order I thought that the challenge should be for all of us to workout our schedule to include exercise and stress relief time and aduquate sleep and so forth come up with one that personalizes the days for you and your family.
P.S the main goal of this challenge is to make sure you have put in time for yourself this includes physically and mentally. good luck!! and post your progress!!
