this week i would love to see everyone challenge themselves physically. do your scheduled workouts (provided you are able in accordance to your doctor's wishes and how your blood sugars are that day) and record them on spark people. we have many members and i think we can bring up our monthly minutes total if we give it our all.
i'm training for the breast cancer 3 day, so i have five scheduled workouts for this week and will be walking a total of twelve miles. i will not only post my progress in my personal exercise log, but here as well so that i am held accountable for missing anything.
