Oh I do love a good challenge!
For me to get my alloted exercise in this week I will have to swim tonight and Wednesday night, and get at least 45 minutes (probably not all at once) of walking in each day. Lucky me, all i have to do is miss the bus and I automatically get a 35 minute walk on the way home, which means I only have to fit in 10 other minutes. Piece of cake! But now that I think of it, does anyone know where that phrase came from? Cake isnt really the best food choice, so maybe we should change it to "piece of fruit" or "bowl of oatmeal". I can already see that not catching on with the rest of the world but I'll try saying it when I get home tonight AFTER I swim. : )

Cardio for 50-60 minutes at high intensity Mon, Wed and Sun including 100 crunches and 100 back extensions on a stability ball. 20 minutes mid-intesity cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday with 45 minutes of strength training.

Yesterday I completed 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength.

Today I completed 35 minutes of cardio - I waited too long this morning to head out to the gym and I ran out of gas during my workout.

I've been trying to use my elliptical for 60 minutes a day (to burn 1,000 calories each day). I blew it yesterday because my BG was just too low and only made it 37 minutes, but today should be better.

I want to hit the gym five days a week in the mornings and then take my doggie out for a walk after work and play some pick up soccer guys with my guys at work during lunch for a grant total of 80 mins a day on saturdays I play basketball on the weekends on saturdays with my friends and on sundays to have a off day.

I try to take my dogs for walks 2x per day, 6 days per week for a total of 60 minutes per day. I lift weights Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday. I do core exercises on the exercise ball Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Saturday it my day off!

I will be at the gym doing my 2 miles everyday this week.I will be on the bike for 3miles at least 3 times this week.

this week i would love to see everyone challenge themselves physically. do your scheduled workouts (provided you are able in accordance to your doctor's wishes and how your blood sugars are that day) and record them on spark people. we have many members and i think we can bring up our monthly minutes total if we give it our all.

i'm training for the breast cancer 3 day, so i have five scheduled workouts for this week and will be walking a total of twelve miles. i will not only post my progress in my personal exercise log, but here as well so that i am held accountable for missing anything.

good luck. i know everyone who is able to will do what they have to and please don't beat yourselves up if you can't. just try. the more you try, the more you do...and every bit helps!
