I'm going to join in on the challenge.

I'm eating between 26-31 pts daily....26 is my daily.

I enjoy golfing walking pushing my golf cart, not sure how to count the activity points. I do 18 holes, so walking I really enjoy. So I guess my choice of exercise in fall/ winter is walking, either on the treadmill or outside.

I've eaten 29 points each day although my daily is 26. I use the weekly points to allow for this. Yesterday I earned 3 activity points.

I stayed on plan yesterday, with just minor variations to what I'd planned in the morning. I did a sculpt video and a walking video.

I made the commitment to stay on plan. I ate 26 points and earned 9 activity points. I did turbo fire video and a stretch video that I hate and avoided but now I feel good

Ha, thanks JustChelle. I think the most extra points I've ever used in one day was 10. And I always, always earn the Activity Points in the week to cover it and then some. :)

(I use AP, not WP, its a personal choice, I like to feel I've 'earned' the extras. I know other people don't want to tie activity to food this way).

As for activity, I'm going to do some resistance band work tonight. I haven't used my band in over a month, so it definately counts. The only other one I can think of is biking, and I have no access to a bike (I don't own one).

I'm definitely going to try staying on plan this week. The weekend didn't go very well so I need to be extra vigilant this week.

I will commit to this challenge. I earned 5 APs this morning and have my meals/snacks planned out for the day (including getting the GHGs in).

Activity wise I did really well all weekend but I didn't do as well staying on point. This week will be better. My activity that I'm going to incorporate this week is Pilates. I used to do it all of the time but then kind of fell away from doing it.

ok ok, I guess I WILL be going to the yoga class at the gym this morning. had about talked myself out of it until I saw your post. (been a couple of years since I tried yoga).

I'm out of the assessment period with the active link and it isn't giving me as many activity points as when I would plug in my activity with E-tools. good thing I hadn't been eating all of my APs.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

Your activity points and weeklies are there for a reason. They are on plan. However, if you use them all in one day that might not really be on plan

Weekend challenge went very well. Sunday was right on plan food wise (26 points, with evening snack), and I got in the 7 AP I planned on. Saturday was a bit of a miss, as I ended up going out for lunch unexpectedly. Still, I was 2 points over (into my AP), for 28 points food wise). I also only got 6 AP in, not the 7 I hoped for; however considering most Saturdays where I go to game in Toronto I only get 1 or 2, I figure I did pretty good.

I do have one question - when you say stay 'on plan', does that mean only eating the Daily points (26 for me), and NO dipping into Weeklies or Activity points at all? Because wow, that is going to be very, very hard to maintain for a full week. Especially since Mondays (weigh in days) I usually allow myself to go into weeklies for a treat after my meeting (part of my plan).

I really like the 'try an activity you stopped doing challenge).

Either way, accepted.

Commit to yourself to stay on plan all week

Try an activity that you stopped doing and earn at least 1 activity point

They all add up at the end of the week
