I also use the ww measuring spoons and I just purchased a scale so I have been using that so I can measure out my portions. My husband and I have been splitting dinners when we go out to dinner so that helps.

I use measuring cups, measuring spoons, and scale for weighing food. I use a small plate and fill half the plate with veggies, 1/4 of the plate with protein, and the other quarter for a starch.

I, too, have and love the measuring/serving spoons. Also, I just couldn't do this without my digital food scale; it helps so much with accurate portion sizes.

I have a digital scale which helps to keep portions in check. I try to measure most things in grams which seems to be a lot more accurate.

I LOVE the serving spoons that are 1 cup and 1/2 cup portion sizes. In fact I need to replace mine.
