Hot tea, honey and lemon is one of the main drinks I have when I'm sick...gargle with hot salt water is one of my main remedy's...but warm milk with honey is another wonderful mix that helps unless you are really phlemy! It also helps if you can't sleep.

Found an ad on Spark People for nuts and teas. I am trying to drink more oolong tea for weight loss and green tea for health.

They said Oolong is a traditional Chinese type of tea somewhere in-between green and black in its preparation and oxidation - it tastes somewhere in between as well - not quite malty, not quite grassy. Oolong means dragon, and legends abound concerning the influence of mythological dragons on the development of this special tea. Others say that the leaves look like tiny black dragons when struck by hot water. Let us know what you think! Oolong tea should be brewed strong and bitter, yet leave one's mouth with a faintly sweet aftertaste. This is the perfect tea to accompany your Chinese food!

Found this to do for thanksgiving season in Dr. Oz recipes--Carmelized sweet potato rounds--oven roasted...
Added to Dr. Oz Show Recipes on Thu 10/28/2010 Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Directions

Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds. Add grapeseed oil, salt and pepper, stir to coat. Place wedges on cookie sheet and top with foil. Start in a cold oven (bottom heat will caramelize the sweet potatoes) and set to 400 ° F for 30 minutes. Turn wedges over, remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until tops are very brown.
