Hey I'm new to the group and haven't been very active for a while since school has been crazy. I just wanted to stop in and say hi.
Rosa- I have the same problem. I do really well in the morning, but by afternoon I just eat everything in my house. If I eat something small for breakfast and a small snack/meal early afternoon then I'm not so hungry. Also since you just ate its not so bad at lunch and the next small snack makes dinner the same way. Hope this helps!

Hi,i recently join this group a week ago and love it.My problem it has been two weeks since i wrote my goals and trying to achieve it.By noon am always hungry and cant move on then i start overeating again .I need someone to help me stop it and cont. being motivated.Please am actually begging,if there is someone outthere reading this pls help.Thax
