I love cardio: Stair master, arc trainer, treadmill, bike, elliptical, walking, DVDs mostly Kelly Coffey and Leslie Sansone, jogging, and I like to do cardio mixed in with weights, which Kelly Coffey's DVDs are really good for. Try to mix it up so my metabolism won't adjust.
For me it depends on my mood...today I planned to go to the gym to walk some miles but my Michael Jackson Experience and Dance Central came in today so, for the past hour I've been dancing.....
I really enjoy outdoor walks more than anything but changing up works for me, if not I get bored and will quit...so mixing up is a MUST for me. I guess moving my body is the thing that counts the most.
