Sorry can't help, Can't imagine why anyone would do that to yourself. LOL Single no kids gal here.

However many of the instructors have taught while pregnant. So why not ask one of the instructor you know they would be the best to advise. Many have gone almost up to their due date, but of course they have been working out before.

Can anyone recommend good classes to do during pregnancy? I've been doing the Newbody class and really liking it but there are only two a week in my neighborhood that fit my schedule and I'd like to get a few more in each week. All suggestions welcome!
