This is my second day and wouldn't you know it I woke up with a sore throat and not feeling well - gotta be the flu or a cold. No exercise today, just taking it easy. I would like to know how you guys put the scale of pounds lost on your message board. Would appreciate hints on doing that, I really like it and it is a good motivator. thanks Nouna
I have just started the Spark adventre today and I find the support and encouragement phenomenal. Watch for my challenges starting tomorrow. I plan on going to my Aqua Fitness class and do the treadmill for 1 hour in the morning. Wish me luck.
