Water is necessary for weight loss! There are so many benefits it would take a full post to name them. I struggle with getting mine in for sure. Not that I drink anything else it's just I don't drink anything sometimes. So...lets guzzle away!
The Challenge: Let's see if we can drink 1,913 gallons of water before National Conference!! At the end of the day or as you drink throughout the day come to this post and SUBTRACT how much water (in ounces) you have drank from the total in this thread! Be sure you use the post thats before yours to keep it accurate. I will verify accuracy daily so please make sure you include the actual number in ounces that you drank. (Ex. 244,864 - 24 = 244,840) Let's go! Bottoms up!
