Since I am off for the summer (math teacher), I have begun spinning at home. I have a stationary bike, and each morning I spin for 30 minutes. I must tell you, I really feel a difference in my body once I am done. My legs feel so much better, and I seem to have more energy. I just started spinning July 1st; let's see how I feel by the 31st (lol).
