Right now I do this: M-W-F The Firm for at least 45 minutes. T-Th is Tae Bo, for 30 minutes or 45. Sunday is usually a dance aerobic type of workout. Saturday is my rest day. Starting this week, I have also added WATP for 15-30 minutes after my other workout to equal a 60 minute workout. This will all change at the end of the month. Have to switch it up.
