Well.... I think I did pretty good : ) We had to wait two hours before we were sat ( we had 14 people) and although i ate something before I went I was starving by the time I sat down. Anywho, I had wheat bread with BUTTER : ) Not much but then I thought I would chew on gum to distract me until the food came. Then the calamari came. Well that was another slip but it wasn't much because we all shared a couple plates of them. I ordered a salad for dinner ( ate half) and had whipped cream off of someone elses plate for dessert.

Good job going to curves and doing all of the walking. We are under an ice storm here in Kentucky so I did not get to the gym today. However, I have already done 3 days this week and plan to go tomorrow. Keep up the good work!!! emoticon

Went to Curves and did two rounds at each station. Then went to Manhattan and walked a few blocks. Since I took the subway, I guess all those stairs count as exercise, too.

2-8-08 In Office: Seated Leg Extensions, Wall Push-Ups, Squats,, Seated Knee Lifts, Hip Flexor, Boxer, Calf Raises, Lunges (Lateral & Forward), 10 Min Aerobic Workout, and a few jumping jacks...yeah for me!
