Good morning everyone. Today I have done a 1 mile walk already, 5 min on the gazelle (that pulled just a bit so I stopped at 5 min), bicep curls and dumb bell lateral raises. This is the second day I have been able to exercise since my surgery. WooHoo... I feel like I am contributing now. My plans are to repeat the same exercises this evening.
