Thursday - Be tourists! Of course, we literally were in Vegas, but we walked 7 miles on Thursday! It was fun...walking, taking pics, shopping, exploring all the casinos! Worked up quite a sweat too!

I went to Swing Dance Class for Wednesday Night.
I also play Kinect Games every night for my cardio. I pick one of these Zumba Rush, Ninja Fruit, Dance Central 1 & 2, and Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012

Monday I went window shopping with a client, we walked for 2 1/2 hours.

Since the weather was so perfect today, we went window shopping for lunch. Checked out the pretty display in the local jewelers window [my birthday is coming soon, after all ;) ]; counted all the flavors of Oreo ice cream at our ice cream parlor [6; yesterday was the 100th birthday of the Oreo!] and examined the green display at the thrift store for St. Patricks Day [saw some green and cream two tone Hush Puppies that I would have bought on the spot but not my size :( ]. All-in-all, it was a very nice date and much more interesting then going out for lunch!

we made White Castle Hamburger pie. it was awesome. We substituted regular cheese for low fat, reg salad dressing with low fat, skipped the salt and put in minced onion and garlic salt instead. The recipe is here on spark as well. About 300 calories per serving.
