2. NUTRITION: Eat Breakfast for 5 out of 7 days this week adding fruit! Post what fruit you had! ..... I eat breakfast every day -- Cheerios and soy milk. Will try adding fruit.
Thursday -- apple
Friday -- apple
Saturday -- I had lunch for breakfast! :( No fruit.
Sunday -- apple
Monday -- apple
Tuesday -- apple
Wednesday -- apple

3. CARDIO: 5 points per Mile this week! If you do a total of 10 miles this week then that's 50 Points!
Thursday: 4.62mi (outdoor brisk walking) (stuff other than WATP counts too, right??)
Fri. Had a walk but didn't keep track ... it was at least 1 mile so I'll count it as 1 mile.
Sat. Walks outside totaling 4.69mi
Sun. Cycling 9.4 mi and walk 1.09 mi for a total of 10.49 mi today! It just says "Cardio" not specifically "WATP" so that's all right, yes? I want to get back to WATP soon but I am packing to move and have boxes all over at the moment so I actually don't have room!
Mon. No cardio. :(
Tues. Cycle 4.24mi.; walk/run intervals outside, 2.95mi
Wed. only walked about .5mi, whoops

500 Points! I picked cycling! It's something that I love to do anyway, and soon the weather will be too hot here in the desert to do it as much as I'd like. So today I cycled to a bookstore and browsed and then cycled home about 20 lbs heavier, lol.
