For some reason I can't cut and paste but I have had at least 8 glasses of water every day and have done walked 10 miles with Leslie this week plus 30 minutes each day of Oxycise. If I can cut and paste tomorrow I will put this in the right format. Sorry. emoticon

1. CARDIO! Walk a Mile a day! Ok this can be walking, elliptical, cycling etc! But do at least a mile a day for 5 out of 7 days this week :)
