Already doing this. Kettle bell workout 3 times a week, 25 min. at a time.
Then in between 10 min. of fast abs, and and fast fat burn.

This week...let's do some STRENGTH training! Set a goal for at least 60 mins of strength training this week. This can be broken down into 20 mins for 3 days or 10 mins a day for 6 days or 30 mins for 2 days....In other words lol do it how you want...
Can you do 60 strong mins this week!
