Eat 5 fruit/veggies for 5 out of the 7 days this week...Trying to make a of colors by the end of the day...
example: say you had a banana, grapes, broccoli, red peppers, onions! In other words, eat a variety of different fruit/veggies. Can you do that for 5 out of the 7 days this week??

Wednesday--I forgot about this one today so I only got three (mushrooms, tomatoes, and lettuce). I will do better tomorrow!
Thursday--mushrooms, red pepper, onion, tomato, green beans, potato, cauliflower
Friday--didn't do well--only mushrooms and spinach
Saturday--red pepper, mushrooms, tomato, onion, green beans, potatoes, corn, and tomato juice
