Ok for the second week let's make a food 5 out of 7 days this week! Eat 5 fruit/veggies for 5 out of the 7 days this week...Trying to make a of colors by the end of the day...
example: say you had a banana, grapes, broccoli, red peppers, onions! In other words, eat a variety of different fruit/veggies. Can you do that for 5 out of the 7 days this week??
