Walk Slim Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles I'm only up to Three miles Whew!

Sept 4 Made a smoothie with banana,blueberries,spinach that had to used quickly and ice.

Sept 5 buy ripe and unripe produce for the week. My car will be gone for the week so I have
to shop today for fruits and veggies. I need bananas and peaches and maybe a mango.

I like: Burn Body Fat & Sculpt your arms....I have 2 lbs hand weights and walking 1 mile. The main things is that I need upper body strength. Did the walk 2 times = 2 mile emoticon

Walking away the Pounds express 2/1. I can go 2 miles in 36 min. and it doesn't kill my knees.

Sept 5 Today I chose to buy to different bunches of bananas. I'm happy to say the green bunch has finally turned yellow and I've saved myself an extra trip to the store.. Bananas are a staple in my house.
Sept 10 Today I chose to grab up a few things of packaged fruit. Although it is convenient it doesn't appear to be cheaper by any means. I think I will choose not to do this again.

This challenge will run just like last month's challenge with just 3 mini challenges and a bonus...The only thing different is that it is Individual rather than teams. With this one we will do the top 5 weekly winners! You can just copy/paste and jump right in on this one :)
