I like: Burn Body Fat & Sculpt your arms....I have 2 lbs hand weights and walking 1 mile. The main things is that I need upper body strength. Did the walk 2 times = 2 mile

September 4 - made a smoothie = protein powder (Jay Robb), frozen blueberries, banana (1/2) plain yogurt (Trader Joes), non-fat milk
September 5 - buy ripe and un-ripe fruit/veggie = bought avacado's ripe and hard; bought nectarines = hard and soft and finally bananas - yellow and green
