You do not have to use Leslie Tapes/Dvd's for this challenge...you can also walk outside etc!

Leisurely walk: 1 mile in 30 mins
Moderate walk: 2 mile in 20 mins
Brisk Walk : 1 mile in 15 mins.
2000 steps is equal to about 1 mile!

Total Miles Walked: 15 (combo of week 1 & 2) - I have only managed to walk 6 miles in the first two weeks of this challenge.
New Miles This Week: 10
Walk Booster: Strength Training
Useful Videos: Heart-Healthy Walk, Super Fat Burning, Get Up and Get Started, High Calorie Burn
