Week 2 August 8 - 14
1. STRENGTH ~ Do at least 60 mins or strength training this week! This can be broken down into 20 min increments...such as Upper, Lower, Core 20 mins on different days. Post your mins/days/what you worked here :) 25 per day or if you do all 3 100 pts :) POINTS: Monday - Lower body - 20 minutes Thursday - Full body - 30 minutes Saturday - Upper body, core - 20 minutes 100 points
2. NUTRITION ~ TEAM APPLES! Eat something RED each day this week for 5 out of 7 days for 10 pts. a day! Max 50 pts... Red peppers, red grapes, strawberries etc...It doesn't have to be a fruit...But if you eat M & M's or Skittles...etc...They do NOT count LOL!! This week I worked my calves with numerous calf raises, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I worked my arms/shoulders/back on Wednesday and Thursday...lifting weights. POINTS: 100

Simple, but I just sauteed up some red, yellow, and orange peppers, along with a Walla Walla Sweet onion, and served over the grilled italian suasages...delicious!!!!
