Today, Sunday, July 10, 2011, I walked a total of: 22,236 steps which is 7.02 miles and I burned 670.40 calories! I am happy with myself today for all that I did this weekend!

Today, Saturday, I walked 13,241.

I usually walk any where from 14, 000 to 18,000 steps, so today was a slow day for me!
