*** P-O-W-E-R Challenge ***

P- PLAY - Do something FUN & RELAXING for YOU = 5 pts

O - OTHERS - Give at least 2 team members a note of encouragement on their SPARK
PAGE = 5 pts

W - WATER - Are you drinking at least 64 oz? = 5 pts

E - EXERCISE - At least 30 minutes minimum. = 5 pts

R - RECORD - Journal /track your day - good or bad in whatever way works for you! = 5 pts

You can track your fitness and nutritional info in the SPARK trackers or a Blog entry....even simply a notebook and pen for your eyes only just claim your points for recording each day.....

( I track my meals and exercise in the fitness trackers and other things of interest in a home journal...where you track it is up to you! If you keep tabs in any way claim your points and log a 'daily total' for that day!)

POINTS - 5 points for each letter completed = 25 points total
PLUS add 10 point BONUS points if you exercise 60 minutes = 35 points.


Top 3 finishers will receive a Spark Goodie on their page at the end of the challenge!

To cut down on the number of posts to wade thru to calculate points at the end of the challenge just EDIT your 1st post.

LOOK FOR YOUR FIRST DAY'S POST - CLICK on EDIT and ADD THE NEXT DAY'S POINTS!!!.....
