Greek yogurt is a great snack and because it is so high in protein it will keep you feeling full. I eat it after my boot camp workouts.

For snacks I stick to fruits and veggies. Apples are my go to when I'm heading out because I can slice them (toss in a little water and lemon juice) and put them in a bag and go. Cheese sticks are great too. For dinner I like steamed dumplings because you can fill them with veggies and a lean meat. I make enough for multiple meals because they are time consuming, but once made freeze on a pan, then bag and keep in the freezer.
