B. As great as the ranch experience would be, I think figuring out how to find the time to successfully lose the weight at home and make good choices would more beneficial for me in the long-run.
B. Even though the ranch would be such an AMAZING experience - I don't need it to lose 25 lbs. They will come off eventually! And I couldn't leave my family and friends like that for three months. I barely did it in Ghana when I could call them and e-mail them all the time. Plus, the money would definitely come in hand for volunteer trips and stuff.

A. because I have lost almost 100 lbs before and put it back on & more. In fact I've done this twice in the past 12 years. Now I am at a stand still and can't drop a pound. If I could solely concentrate on my weight I could lose this! My kids have even told me to go on BL w/ my BFF. My family sees my frustration with my weight.

B. Easy choice.
I'm living proof you can do it at home.
I couldn't survive the ranch.
Not that I wouldn't mind having a few one-on-one sessions with Jillian kicking my butt... but I'm staying home!

We have all seen or heard about the show Biggest Loser. So here is the question...
If you received a prize choice of :
A) Going to a place like the Ranch, and working out like the contestants, 4-6 hrs a day, with your own personal trainer pushing you all the time. Leaving your work, family and friends behind for THREE MONTHS, (with a $1,000 a week stipend for expenses) would you do it?
B) Or would you take $60,000 instead (5x as much) and continue to work out and diet at home?
