I am still using my trampoline every night that I can for 30 to 40 minutes and last Monday night, I joined Weight Watchers! Now I really have to be accountable!

So last night I got in a solid workout, after last week not getting to the gym as much as I usually do. I lifted and ran a mile and did some other cardio. I skipped on abs :(. But! I will do them next time. And in my favor I tried out the cable machines for back and chest, so that was a good activity.

I just checked out my SparkAmerica minutes, and I have 3 days left in July to do like 340 minutes! Since my volleyball game dried up, I stopped racking up the points so easilty. I do have a softball game tonight so that will help. I wonder if I can do it? Seems like a good challenge!

Hi everyone,

I had a super great workout last night. I haven't been really weightlifting since I pulled that muscle in my thigh, but last night I did my whole circuit. Plus some abs and a few different machines - got to mix it up :). And this morning I feel great! Though tomorrow I will surely be sore. I really want to get back to my routine of lifting two days a week, but I need to be careful not to hurt that muscle.

So tonight is a cardio day! I am looking forward to that too. See what kind of sweaty fun I can cook up for myself.

GIS7366 - Way to keep up with your program!

redraine, I wish I had some trails like you do.. that would make my biking much more exiting than residential streets.

Great Job Jersey! 14 miles is more than a half marathon!!! Fabulous and it sounds like it was fun too!

I just discovered that there is a HUGE regional park about a mile from our new house and it is filled with something like 15 km of trails for running, biking, rollerblading, hiking etc etc I cant wait to go exploring!!!

Hello :)

I did a 14 mile hike this weekend! It was only supposed to be 6 miles, but, well, we kind of got off track and wound up having to walk up an extra mountain. And I am not kidding when I say mountain. My friend and I decided it was worth like three workouts. I was obviously fatigued by the end of the second huge uphill, but by now I have forgotten all that. It was pretty fun!

Hey all,

Today I did yoga at the gym. It was challenging in some ways, but it is certainly not the heart pounding, thumping cardio I usually go for. But it was a good experiment, and my back does feel nice and loose. It might a good occasional thing to do for variety. I also did weightlifting, as usual. emoticon
Tomorrow is my softball game which will be fun.
Keep working out everyone! :)

Hey Sparkies :)

Today I did 16 minutes on the step machine, and then I ran for 16.5 minutes - which is a mile and a half, which is a record for me! It was definitely a challenge. I am toying with building up to running a 5k.

Yesterday I played softball with a rec league I joined at work. It was fun. :) But I don't know if it counts as a real workout - more like a lot of standing around broken up by occasional bursts of sprinting and lots of tossing the ball back to the pitcher. But fun! And tomorrow is volleyball. My thumb is certainly on the mend. I felt it last week at volleyball, but then the day after it actually felt good.

So now that I have sort of "lost" two workout days to more playful activities, I have to make sure I get in my more serious cardio and lifting on the leftover days.

ok! 35 minutess on the elliptical, and I rode my bike to and from work again.
no crunches today because my tummy muscles hurt from the crunches yesterday.
I hope I can keep this up.. I've noticed I go on a streak and then get lazy.

Great Job Gis! Welcome to the challenge :)

Yesterday I did my circuit (60 mins cardio and weights) Today I think I will take a rest day but maybe squeek in a walk too we will see where the day takes me.

I'm half way into my 6 week program that my trainer friend gave me and even though I havent been eating as cleanly as I could have been and my weight is only down a little I have lost some on the measurements so that makes me happy and keeps me motivated!

Hello,

Last night I ran a mile and a half, and did weightlifting, focusing on my back muscles. The day before that, I did a cardio day with 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the stair machine.

Today I really want to go to volleyball!! I am worried about my thumb, but it's been three weeks, so I hope that is enough. But I guess I am willing to take that chance!

My doctor was impressed with my weight loss. He said, "Wow, you must really be exercising." That's right! :)

After a weekend of semi laziness I got out tonight for a good long run. 8.1 km (5 miles) and it felt terrific!

The weather was perfect, nice and cool. I was a little too full from dinner so it wasn't my fastest run but I was going at a very comfortable speed the entire way and even sprinted the last half km.

This weeks plan:
Monday: Personal Training Plan ( 60 mins circuit )
Tuesday: Light Day helping "C" with her program
Wednesday: Either PT Plan or Cardio
Thursday: Light Day helping "C" with her program
Friday: Either PT Plan or Cardio ( whatever I didnt do on Wednesday )
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Long Cardio ( Probably a Run )

I can't weightlift at the moment because of my poor thumb, so last night I tried to get in some good cardio. As usual, despite any reluctance earlier in the day, I felt much better after I had actually worked out.

20 minutes on the Step Machine
5 minutes on the treadmill at 6mph - half mile run
5 minutes walking cool down
18 minutes on the bike

I might try to lift tonight anyway despite my thumb; I'll just avoid the freeweights.

I got at least 15-30 minutes exercise every day this last week except for monday. I ride my bike to and from school on Tues and Thurs (15 minutes there and back, 1.15 miles one-way) and I did Tae Bo Weds and Friday.

Been slacking on water this week... getting kinda tired of it.

Sunday: We Finally Bought Bikes! Rode them from the store to my in-laws ( about 1 hr with some good hills ) then home - about another 25 minutes.

Monday: Rode my bike too and from work ( 40 mins there ( uphill ), 32 mins home (downhill) )
BOSU at lunch for 55 mins. Great class!

Tuesday: Rest - ran errands instead.

Wednesday: 30 min run @ ave.9.2kph ( just over 10 min miles )
5 min cool down walk at 6.8 kph ( 14 min miles )@ 3% incline
2 sets of 12 slow sit ups
2 sets of 15 modified push ups ( fast )
2 sets of 11 full push ups ( 11 - random I know but I gotta work up from 10 - 12 )

I was hoping to ride my bike or rollerblades a bit more this week but the weather isnt cooperating its old and rainy!

Hello,

Last night I played indoor volleyball with a co-ed rec league for about two hours and it was really awesome. I am decent at volleyball, but purely a recreational player. The club description said "all levels welcome," but in reality the level of play was pretty intense and the hits were hard, but I still had a lot of fun! I will definitely go back. Also, Tuesday I went to the gym for a normal weight lifting circuit and some cardio on the bike, which was also a good workout.
Hope everyone is doing well!

I would try going mid way - you are obviously past the run 2 walk 1 stage but doing run 10 walk 5 takes alot of time to commit to - SO I would suggest trying run 7 or 8 then walk 2 or 3 and doing 3 sets of that for a total work out of time of roughly 30 minutes + a warm up.

You could do 10 and 2 or 3 as well if you wanted but I wouldnt neccesarily suggest 10 and 5 because in 5 minutes you are likely to lower your heart rate more than is ideal as you are trying to get yourself used to having an elevated heart rate and level of exertion for a longer period of time, lowering your heart rate too much between your running sets will basically only keep you used to running 10 minutes at a time.

Im glad you are back at it and so well motivated! I havent had the best last few days for excercise - we bought a house tonight! so there have been other things on my mind and in my schedule!

I am excited to find lot of new running routes at the new house though!

Hello!
I have been out of the Spark loop for a while because I went away to a wedding for several days, and then had a sort of stressful week following that with an unexpected job interview. But, this weekend, I really got back into it. Friday morning I took a jog around the neighborhood, probably .7 mile, and then an equal amount of walking. Saturday morning I went to a kickboxing class, which I really enjoyed and was a really good workout. The teacher was great. I felt like I could really do everything, that I was in good enough cardio shape to handle it all. Even though this is only the second class I have done, I am now totally into using classes to diversify and intensify my cardio workouts. Today at the gym a did some time on the elliptical, then a normalish weightlifting circuit, then I ran a little over a mile on the treadmill. And that, I have to say, felt pretty awesome. This great song came on (which, weirdly, I can not remember) and I was really feeling it and I turned up the speed and I was just on a high.

Red, since I have been away, I have just now read your post about continuing to do intervals. What kind of segments should I try to do now? Like, 10 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min run? Or, like before with shorter 1 to 2 minute segments, but more of them? I am interested to improve. :)

AMAZING Hill run today!

I actually went out in shorts and a tank top for the first time this season!

I ran all the way up Drummond, up the serpinetine path then up the 200 stairs. ( alternated walking and running flights of these ) then ran all the way back down, adding a detour to fill up the time.

total distance : 6.72 km (4,2 miles ) in 55 minutes. total elevation: 500 feet!

Here is the route:
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1803968

After work I rollerbladed home in record time - 7.25 km (4.54miles) in 37 minutes!

Great weather - great day in general

50 minute run yesterday outside in the sun. 6.4 km (4 miles) down to the old port and back.

It was a beautiful day and I even wore my shorts! Awe the joys of being a runner - you get to wear your "Summer" clothes first!

I really felt fast and strong, it was a really good one.

Sorta guessing on the walking and rollerblading times today since I forgot my cell phone...

Lunch:
10 min power walk, 3% incline @ 6.5kph ( 4 mph )
15 min run @ ave. 9.3kph ( 6 mph )
2 sets of core twists, 12 @ 45lbs
10 min casual walk outside

After work:
15 min casual walk outside
25-35 min rollerblade

After Babysitting:
35-45 min rollerblade home

Fairly casual work out day in terms of intensity but all was enjoyable and I certainly managed to get alot in which is perfect because tomorrow will likely be a total rest day so that Im not sweaty and disgusting when I see hubby after work.

Good Job Jersey! Way to get out and do it!
As you improve your running dont abandon the idea of doing intervals - I know its hard once you can run that whole mile or 15 minutes or whatever, but it is still good to break up your longer runs into managable parts - like 10 mins run, 1-2 min walk, with intervals like that you will run longer but be less winded than when you think you can push out the whole 20 minutes but then need to walk the last 10 you know? I hope that made sense =P but Im sure you understand what I mean. Balancing your running like that also keeps your form in check and could help prevent injuries.

WickedNeedle - every litte bit will help so do what you can - take the stairs, go for a walk on your lunch or snack breaks ( better yet go for a walk up the stairs on your break! ) You can do it!

Today I rollerbladed both TO and FROM work!!! 7.55 km (4.7miles) each way. 55 minutes there ( mainly uphill ) and just under 50 on the way home. At lunch I ran 2k in a circuit with upper body work. ( 45 mins )

Tomorrow its supposed to rain so no rollerblading for me.

Hi,
My biggest exercise challenge is finding time to do it! I get up at 5:30 am as it is to get to work because I have a long commute, and that's pushing it as it is. By the time I get home in the evening, get dinner on the table, etc., it is close to bedtime! Am really making a conscious effort to do it. If I miss a day, I just have to resolve to do it the next. Some weeks better than others :)

Hello-

Today I went to the gym and did half an hour on the treadmill. I ran for 13 minutes at 5.5 mph, which is a good push for me (a little more than a mile!) and walked the rest of the time.

The actual accomplishment here is just that I got to the gym. Normally I would do a lengthy circuit or something more challenging on a Monday, but today I am rather busy so just getting this in was good! :)

I just had the most fabulous long run!
10.5 km ( 6.6 miles ) in 1:13 ( 11 min mile pace )
The sun was out and all I wore was capris, a tank and a running turtleneck with the sleeves rolled up!

Now I'm starving! Time for dinner.
I hope everyone else was able to enjoy some great weather this weekend!

Thanks Jersey -
Im not gonna lie Im training pretty hard but I must add that I come from a background routed in competitive sports ( figure skating and dance mainly ) that took alot of hard training. I have also been working up to this level for more than 6 months, and I was training lightly for a year before that, so I dont want people to look at my reports and think WOW she did that all since starting Spark? hehe no way! I would have died if I had done a work out like yesterdays after only 2 months of training!

I would suggest you give that butt kicking class another shot! It sounds like a great combo class! ( My Bosu class is similar to that and I LOVE it ) Hard is good and some weeks will be harder than others so I would urge you to take it at least one more time before giving up on it, maybe you just had an off night, took weights that were a bit to heavy for the amount of reps you did etc... Classes that have lots of variety like that offer amazing total body work outs that are much longer to do on your own in the gym plus they psychologically go faster since someone else is pacing you, there is usually upbeat music and your transitions are fast and smooth between excercises.

As for me today I stayed after work and did Salsa-Jazz ( low key cardio ) and then Aero Hip Hop ( higher intesity ) Both were really enjoyable, especially the hip hop! Stretched afterwards with a friend then walked a bit on the way home.

The weekend should be filled with lots of running and rollerblading as the weather is supposed to be fabulous.

Echh...

Yesterday I did this combo aerobics class at the gym and it really kicked my butt. Usually when I leave the gym I feel energized and upbeat. But this class really took it out of me. It was an hour of boxing aerobics, step, and then weights and abs.

I know (and this experience confirmed) that when someone else is pushing me, I get a far more challenging cardio workout. And I know that I could stand to do more and/ or harder cardio. So I will try another class (I still don't know which class I would enjoy) and try to find a way to fit this into my exercise routine. But as of last night I was really wiped out!

Red you keep rocking your workouts!

43 minute hill run at lunch -HARD but great the weather was perfect if a bit windy. I would say the hills and the wind and the waiting at the traffic lights added at least 3 minutes onto my time but to maintain a 12 min mile pace over that hilly terrain makes me happy. (5.67 km / 3.5 miles)

Rollerbladed all the way home from work too. 7.25 km (4.5 miles ) My bum is feeling the burn now!

Tomorrow - Salsa and hip hop after work with my girl friends.

Today was a good excercise day:

Lunch:
7 min km ( or 7 mins at 11.3 min/mile )on the track to warm up
20 mins @ an average of 9.3kph ( 10 minute miles )

2 sets each of:
Sit up with medicine ball press over head ( 11 lbs ), 12 reps per set
Crunches with 30 second hold on last rep., 20 reps + hold per set
Leg lifts with reverse crunch, 12 reps per set ( ouch )
modified push ups, 15 reps per set.

I did full pushups monday and was still a bit sore so opted for faster and more reps of the modified ones instead.

After work my coworker and a friend went to another posh gym that was having an open house and tried a "sexy dance" class. It was fun if not super strenuous. I also walked the mile home from the subway ( stopping at the grocery store in the middle! )

All in all about 2 hours of activity today not to mention my already quite active job running after 2
and 3 year olds all day!

Tomorrow - BOSU! ( or a circuit if I dont get a reservation card in time. )

Getting back on track after #1 while trying for #2!

Hi-

Last night's cardio:

12 minutes on the stepper
12 minutes on the treadmill
12 minutes on the elliptical
12 minutes on the bike

Followed by 2 minutes in the sauna, which felt really awesome. I don't know anything about saunas and/ or steam rooms (I don't even know if I have ever been in one) so I should look up the effects and uses. Unless someone knows and wants to tell me! :)

Feeling kind of sore today in my thighs, which is most likely from Monday. Today is a rest day which is good because I am unexpectedly tired. Tomorrow I was thinking of going to play volleyball, but then I noticed last night at the gym that they are having an intro combo class tomorrow which will include step, kickboxing and some other classes and I think that would be a really good thing for me to try out.

Everyone keep working it out! emoticon

This morning 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes fast walk and 15 minutes slow walk with Gypsy.

I just realised this morning how completely unco-ordinated I am, doing Tae bo at 6 am has proven that to me. I suppose it would help if I was awake when doing it.

Hi!

I really want to buy Rollerblades too! I just haven't taken that step yet but sometime this summer I will allow myself to.

Last night I went to the gym and did a pretty normal circuit (for me): 12 minutes on the elliptical, then weightlifting: quads, hamstrings, flys, dips, lat pull downs, back extensions. Just last week I re-aquainted myself with Olympic lifting - I hadn't done that in so long, and it was neat to find that I totally remember how - muscle memory at work. Now, of course I am not doing amazing numbers or anything, but just doing squats that way is way more challenging and a really good alternative to just using the machines. Then I did 25 minutes on the treadmill, mostly walking but a bit of running.

Today is a cardio day - not sure yet what that will be, but I will report back. :)

You still around Saksia? Havent heard from you in a while. Hope everything is still going well for you. =)

I bought roller blades on saturday and am thouroughly enjoying them! I cant wait until the bike paths are opened again and all the gravel is cleaned off the streets.
This morning I skated from home to a metro ( subway ) station about halfway to work. I would have liked to continue on the road but it started to snow and I didnt think that it would be safe.

Did my lunch time work out. ( 1 k walk, 3 k run and some weights and push ups ) then roller bladed from work to that same metro station. ( the bike paths are clear downtown but not in the east and I didnt feel safe skating in the 5 o'clock traffic.

Feeling great and looking forward to some nicer weather and also getting my new bike in the next few weeks!

Sunday: 20 min on incubment bike, 20 min on tredmill (walking), Leg press, leg abductor and adductor and leg lifts, those took maybe a total of 15 min. So that is 55 min.

Monday: 40 mintues on the tredmill (walking) and 10 minutes on upper body. Total of 50 minutes.

Great Job! I use the fitness tracker too but its nice to share your successes and challenges with people who talk back sometimes ;)

I wish I had the space to have a treadmill at home! Oh well at least I work at a gym so I have pretty easy ( and free) access =) I can't wait until the weather gets better and I can ride my bike, run and roller blade outside!

I skipped out on my run today knowing that I had to drive 3+ hours afterwork... Im glad I did I needed all my energy to stay on the road in what turned out to be a nasty snow storm.

My parents have a stationary bike though so I will hop on that for a few minutes this evening as I watch some TV. I also sent about 20 minutes shovelling heavy snow today.

Nope, you're not alone! I just don't have a lot of time for posting.

Instead, I'm using the "track my fitness" and "track my nutrition" as my goal-keepers.

I bought an elliptical. I got tired of the difficulties, expense and non-hygenic issues at the gym. Happily, it's hard to have excuses when the ginormous piece of equipment is in your spare bedroom!

I've been doing at least 24 minutes per day, and many days I've doubled up with morning and evening routines. So I am absolutely making this challenge!

Still working on the water...I've been good, except for one day where I had a conference at work. Then I didn't get them all in.

Hope you're all doing well too! Have a good weekend...

Sandi

ew I cant stand the eliptical at all - boring! ( for me at least! ) Good job for working out so consistently!

Yesterday I did an upper body circuit ( one arm standing rows on a bosu ball, double standing row, open chest press on the ball, standing shoulder press and a great move called walk the plank and rotate from Womens Health ) with jumping jacks in between to keep the HR up, followed by 4K on the TM.

Today was a total cardio day, 1K warm up walk, 4k run, and 1/4 cool down walk. I would have liked to do more but thats what happens on a lunch hour work out - you just get into it and its time to go back to work!

Tomorrow - BOSU class!

I think I always get in more than 8 glasses of water a day. BIG WATER DRINKER

I have been trying to get at least a 45-60 min. cardio workout in 5-6 days a week. Often add some pilates and strength training also.

Today I did a video with weights for 30 minutes, followed by a cardio video for 50 minutes.

Have not done very well on my calories today though, been too many tempting things around.

Missed my BOSU class yesterday because of a scheduling issue at lunch but I went up to the gym anyway and did a great work out.
10 mins on the step mill ( the one that is actual turning stairs, not those up and down things )
then I did a circut -

1 min skipping
12 x Sumo Squats with 20lbs dumbell
12 x bicep curl + shoulder press combination ( 12.5 lbs )
12 x each side - one armed row on the universal ( 45lbs standing on BOSU )
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.
then I skipped for one more minute, did 2 sets of push ups ( 24 total ) skipped for one more minute to make it 5 total, and did 2 sets of crunches on the BOSU ( 24 total ) and did 2 sets of parallel squats with pull up to shoulder height with a resistance band.

Finished off with a 1 km cool down run around the track.

Today I ran 3.5 km in 25 minutes ( first 5 were SLOW to warm up ) then did some of the excercises from the Womens Health Almost Instant Abs insert. GREAT AB work out. I especially liked the 'walk the plank and rotate' excercise. Actually here is the link!
http://www.womenshealthmag.com/walk-the-
plank-and-rotate

The entire work out is available free online. Word to the weary though - these are definetely advanced excercises.

Also - I wish the fitness tracker would allow us to input the time spent on strength training.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Bugaboo - there are many things like what Saksia was mentioning available for English speakers, especially if you train with an Ipod! I would suggest you check out a Couch to 5K program that will literally have you start out running for just one minute at a time. The actual couch to 5 K program might move a little bit fast for some people ( from nothing to running 5K straight in 9 weeks ) but it is very easy to modify it for your own needs by increasing your run intervals by smaller incriments than they suggest.

check it out at www.c25k.com on that website you will find an detailed outline of the program as well as links to where you can find podcasts and MP3 recordings to go with your training.

Start slow, dont be afraid to repeat a week or increase by smaller steps, you WILL get to the point where you can run those 30 minutes! ( or 10 or 15 or whatever your own personal goal might be! )

Bugaboo, I started running with mp3's from a Belgium website. It's a 'start to run' program in 27 lessons with upbeat music when you're supposed to run and nice, relaxing music when you're supposed to walk. In between you get health tips, running tips and motivational words ('See how well you are doing? You are doing great!'). Maybe something similar exists for English speaking ppl, I really loved it and made starting to run so much easier.

Hello All. I have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week and doing about 20-30 minutes of various strength training during my lunch break. Ever since last week I have been doing the elliptical for 30 minutes 3 days a week. I did it yesterday and today and tomorrow, hopefully some activity. Does anyone have any tips on how to start running? ive tried on the treadmill before and can only do a minute or so at a time.

My rope skipping was exhausting! emoticon
I run 30 minutes easily, but 2 minutes of rope skipping really makes me sweat. How on earth did I do it entire afternoons with friends when I was a child? But it's fun, it makes me laugh and...I'm getting better at it ;)

According to this website it burns 30 kcals per minute haha. I can see how. So, buy a rope and have fun too.

Ya you're right. if I really want to have an idea I will use the calories burned - basal metabolism formula I found from the Excercise Science journal - its probably the best estimate, but I really dont care enough to bother most times =P

I do find it unfortunate though, that the calculator on here doesnt at least give you an estimate based on your weight, it is a bit misleading to let someone beleive that running for 45 minutes will burn off more than 600 calories when the reality is probably about 2/3 that - I dont care that much but Im sure there are many others who do really care and want to know how many calories they are burning.

Hope was your skipping? I should really get a rope, its such a good work out, and fun too!

Redrane, I doubt this exercise tracker takes your current weight into account. There are also some other important factors when it gets to calculating the amount of energy you use while exercising. It's just not very accurate for an individual seeing those numbers are 'averages'. And you never know if the number you see is 'extra calories burned' or 'extra burned plus basal metabolism', they usually don't tell you.

I measure my heart rate while running and my cardiowatch also calculates calories burned based on my heart rate; which is (surprise) always a completely different number compared to websites or other calculations.

I guess it's not thàt important. It's important to know you ran for 45 minutes, had fun, feel great, used a lot of energy during running and will burn a lot more in the hours after running. So that's cool ;-)

Sorry I forgot to add -

Has anyone checked the validity of the calories burned feature of the fitness tracker on here?
I track my runs on mapmyrun.com and when I enter my run information from tonight - 45 minutes, 5.8km it says I burned 327 calories, yet when I logged my run on here as 45 minutes at 11 minute mile pace it says I burned over 600 calories. I googled it and checked on another site and it says I would have burned around 450.

Anyone have the skinny on how many calories we are really burning?

Im going to keep looking and asking around, if I find anything concrete I will let you all know.
Happy excercising!

Edit:
I found this formula in an article in Runners World Mag:

When Running Use these calculations:

For your Total Calorie burn per mile calculate
.75 x your weight (in lbs.)
For your Net Calorie burn per mile calculate
.63 x your weight

When Walking:

Total Calorie Burn per mile =
.53 x your weight
Net Calorie Burn per mile =
.30 x your weight

" The "Net Calorie Burn" measures calories burned, minus basal metabolism. Scientists consider this the best way to evaluate the actual calorie-burn of any exercise. "

( The article was adapted from a journal article published in Medicine & Science in Sport & Exercise )

SO it looks like I burned 417 calories or so... hmmm neither the tracker here or on my running site are very accurate :(

Meh take it with a grain of salt, I got up and out and ran for almost an hour and thats what counts!

Good Job Saskia!

I planned to run at lunch but I had the late lunch and ended up laying down with the kids and when 1 came around I didnt want to do anything but continue lying there.

I did however redeem myself by braving the -25 degree weather to go out for a run at 9:45 pm - watching the lunar eclipse while I was at it - 6 km and 45 minutes later + 1 minute of jumping jacks to loosen everything up and a few minutes of stretching I definetely got my cardio in.

I also got lots of water today! At least 10 glasses =)

I'm up for the challenge - I have some questions....
1. does the challenge have a start & end date?
2. do we post our daily info here for water & exercise?
3. does standing up for 2 hrs steady count as exercise cause it hurt like heck i can tell ya and i FELT it in every muscle i own!!! and maybe some i don't! I put it in the calorie/exercise thingy and it said it burned like 500 calories!

I used to spend my time looking back with regret - I have learned the only peaceful way to live is to put the past to rest with forgiveness and look ahead with hope.
