don't forget to do your monthly self exam too! my aunt is currently fighting breast cancer, and noticed some puckering on her breast in the mirror one month. they are very hopeful with her prognosis!

Sometimes, I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!

Hadn't done any of my yearly female testing for 3 years . I got them all done yesterday. A palyop (I think I spelled that wrong)was found on my cervix. So on the 27th I have to go to the GYN for removal.

For all Ladies in this catogory , I ask sincerely from my heart, have your had your yearly mamogram? I have had my yearly mamogram. All was fine.

Mamograms are given free every year at health clinics, and various sites. Do not let time be a factor , stop and get it done, from one sister to another, get it done. Said with upmost love.
