sounds like a good deal, Chris. My dad and I are salad eaters. Might have to go to Save-A-Lot and check it out. I might check out Aldi's too to see if they have something similar to that.

When you're losing weight, or anytime really, you're a salad eater. It's an expensive thing to get if you don't know where to go. Save-A-Lot has good deals on salad mix, but they tend to be expensive. I found the perfect deal at GFS (Gordon's Food Service). It's a 5lb bag of Salad Mix, meant for banquets or school lunches, and it's only $4.99.

My wife and I have been eating it like crazy, it's a good mix of carrot, lettuce, radish and I think a little bit of purple cabbage. Anyhow if you have a GFS near you, go partake.

It takes me and my wife 5-6 days to go through an entire bag!
