3 chicken tender strips per person and put it in a pot with 1/2 cup of chicken broth, Fit for Life light poppy seed dressing (about 1/4 cup) 1/4 cup honey and 3 tbsp brown mustard. I simmered these covered until they were fully cooked. It made a nice glaze and gave a lovely flavor
I did 2 packages of chicken flavored noodle mix as a side and did frozen mixed veggies.
Everything I used was from Aldi's.
