The ingredients for this recipe are incredibly cheap and it makes 8 servings. The only non-Aldi ingredient (which can be had as a special purchase a couple of times a year though) is the Garbanzo Beans. It does call for no salt added diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, but the recipe is so low sodium (around 250mg/serving) that using regular diced tomatoes and regular tomato sauce is really fine, IMHO.
