Here's another easy Aldi-made recipe, courtesy of my Better Homes & Gardens Five Ingredient Cookbook.
4 frozen tilapia filets, thawed
1 cup salsa
1 zucchini or summer squash, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4" slices
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450. Rinse fish and pat dry, then lay on nonstick baking sheet or in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 4-6 minutes per 1/2" thickness of fish.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine chopped squash or zucchini and salsa. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Serve mixture over fish.
