Here's another easy Aldi-made recipe, courtesy of my Better Homes & Gardens Five Ingredient Cookbook.
Ingredients: 4 frozen tilapia filets, thawed 1 cup salsa 1 zucchini or summer squash, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4" slices salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 450. Rinse fish and pat dry, then lay on nonstick baking sheet or in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 4-6 minutes per 1/2" thickness of fish.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine chopped squash or zucchini and salsa. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Serve mixture over fish.
