It's great that you cook actively, my wife would love this recipe. Though, is there a way to take out the cheese aspect for people who cannot have cheese but make it taste just as yummy? That would be wonderful. :)

This is the popular potato soup recipe from SparkRecipes.com, modified using Aldi ingredients, and it made it even more tasty than the original! I recalculated it with a smaller amount of servings, but to make the original recipe's 6 servings, just double it. :)
Ingredients list: Celery stalk - $0.99 cents/bunch Refrigerated diced potatoes with onions - $1.49 for 16 oz Fit & Active reduced fat/sodium chicken broth - $0.39/can Monterrey Jack Cheese - $2.69 for 3 cups (you only need 1 or 2 for this recipe, depending on how much you make) Real Bacon Crumbles (by the salad dressing) - I think they were around $1.49 and will make this recipe 4 times
