getting back to reading again. I think maybe instead of 10 minutes, it could be ten reps of an exercise or a shorter time.

The possibilities always outnumber the problems.

I like a good challenge and find myself doing little self challenges like exercise for 10 minutes for every chapter read (except bedtime). I just though I'd offer it as a suggestion if anyone was interested.

The possibilities always outnumber the problems.
