Ah, looking back at my post from last summer. Definitely not in a heatwave at the moment. The gym is indoors and dry, but we've not quite got over the bronchitis we had in November. Almost there, and I've started nagging Richard about renewing our gym membership and going back to the treadmill.

I've been feeling too ill to do anything. Hope by next week I shall be well enough to go to the gym again. Britain is in the middle of a heatwave, it's even hot and dry here in Wales, and the gym has air conditioning.
