I know I haven't realy posted any challenges but i was pregnant and also no one seems to be into joining them so hopefully we can change that!
so Thanksgiving is 2 weeks away and then Christmas a onth after that and even New Years! Ahhh it came way to fast this year!
Well I know a lot of you like me tend to forget themselves when you are having a good time with friends and family and there is so many treats around...like pie and cake and cookies and popcron balls and so much more!
We need to figure out something to keep you away from that!!
First off we need to make a plan! Are you going to completely say no or are you going to break and eat a whole pie??!?! I think the best thing to do is have a very small sliver or a bite so you can kill the temptation of wanting it!!
Otherwise grab something a lot healthier just to kill the hunger and go to a different room!
Then it comes to dinner and there is so many different things and you want it all..Instead of piling it all on your plate again Take a very Small portion of each and I guarentee once you fiish it you will be full but not to the pont where you have to unbotton your pants and sleep the rest of the day and then hide from the scale for a week!
So not only is that your challenge your challenge is also to lose 8 pounds by January 1st! there is 9 weeks so that is less then a pound a week and if you can accomplish that you will be off to a good start for 2010 and also will not be dreading the holidays for next year! This is the time to learn self control!
