Do I have a challenge for you!!!
How about we all try a new way of ding things, spice up our routine a little!!
I know we all have an urge to step on the scale everyday and sometimes it really upsets us when the number we are wishing fo is 2 or 3 higher some days well I have a solution that will realy make a difference and be moivating, but you have to be up for the challenge!!
Hide that scale!! Put it up real high or give it to someone to hide and get out the measuring tape, if you have not done so already measure ur upper arms ur chest, ur stomach, hips, upper thighs and even your calves and record the number. Put that piece of paper with the date on it on the fridge and star working out!
Workout every other day and small workouts everyday like a short walk, some squats everytime you go to the bathroom, park farther away in a parking lot and so on AND continue to track your calories and watch what you eat.
Every week measure yourself and keep track of how many inches you have lost and then compare that to what you lost in one month. I have found theless you weigh yourself te harder you think that piece o cake you had a work added the pounds so you are deteremined to get rid of it! If you weigh yourself weekly or daily you tend to get upset and fall off the wagon more often!!
So come on girls lets give it a try, one month and if you don't see a change in your results then go back to your old routine but if done right I guarentee you will see more of a loss!!!
