Hi Everyone!! I know I havent been very active in this team in a while and I apoligize as I got pregnant and had to put weightloss on hold for a while but I tried to keep eating healthy and exercising strong! I failed a little at first but am back and am losing weight already and am still 7 and half months prego, Dr. Says it is fine as long as I am eating and exercising right!
But Besides that I want to continue to lead you all to your goal and have been trying to think of new ways to do so!!
My first one may not seem like it will help but in the future it will really pay off! I want you to find someone whether it is a friend a family member or coworker and offer going to get a salad or going on a walk. A lot of people approach others that also needs to lose a little weight or become heathier and give them a lecture but try to just slowly bring the idea to them through actions. You don't want to offend them and it will help you get some extra exercising in or a good healthy meal in also and sooner or later they will begin to see how great it makes them feel or even start to lose weight, surrounding you with extra support and maybe even an accountability partner!!!
