I was checking out some of my other team challenges. I noticed this one was very popular, let's see who wants to play and see how it goes.

What to do:

I am going to post the 1st challenge. Whoever comes along next will DO my challenge and post a challenge for someone else to do.

Get creative you can tell people to hop around, whistle, do their dishes, do crunches, push ups, whatever you think will be a challenge.

RULES:

1. You must do the challenge right after you decided to accept it and post the new challenge. (That way we don't have 2 or 3 people do a challenge and then go to post and the forum has already moved on)

2. Your challenge must be something that people can get up and do right that moment and not take more then 5 or so minutes.

3. Have FUN with it.

The first challenge is: emoticon

Call/Email a friend and ask them to do an activity with you (could be exercise, ballgame, beach, etc)
