After reading that post, I really started laughing HARD because I really don't watch much TV. I may only do primetime 1 out of 7 nights during the week. I'm a reader. I spend two+ hours reading every night. BUT that doesn't mean my kids or husband don't watch it.

My challenge will be to get the rest of the family away from the TV while eating. emoticon

I'm probably going to have to modify this to say no TV-eating 4 days during the week. I do find if there is a TV night, I am better to actually sit down rather than stand up eating from another room! LOL - sorry but its the honest truth.

I try to keep the family to dinner at the table at a minimum 4 nights during the week, expecting we'll be out visiting 1-2 nights and maybe one night of dinner out....and if there are any days left...I just may not want to cook - so its a fend for yourself day which always leads to the TV....

Ok, I will try. At a minimum, no eating dinner in front of the TV.

Life might cease. Sorry - I live in a very small apartment and the living room/office/dining room - the tv is usually on after 7 (when i get home)

Trust your hopes, not your fears.

This month's challenge may be a little more difficult for people....

Go one month without eating in front of the television!

I know it seems simple when reading it but give it your best try. Watching TV can cause you to eat faster and cause indigestion and bloating! Sit down at your table and enjoy a family dinner, who knows what you might learn!
