I began walking around my block . Now i am power walking again after a long break. I power walk for 1 hour i do over 5000 steps trying to reach 10,000 steps and my miles are 3 miles trying to reach for 4 to five. I just started to add in jogging to make it more intense.Plus i need to lose weight.

I started with a 3 mile a day streak. The streak lasted 51 days, but it was enough to get me out the door. As long as it is safe to go outside (weather-wise), I either walk or run at least 3 miles a day now.
